I have worked in Mental Health for 21 years. I have experience in a diverse range of settings and with many populations. Today I work primarily with adults and young adults with emotion regulation needs seeking targeted behavior change. LGBTQIA individuals find a nurturing, non-judgmental safe space with me. Parents, especially mothers have found support in applying skills to working with their children and feeling more equipped and understood themselves.

I’ve been focusing on Dialectical Behavior Therapy for the past 12 years which works well to treat BPD and a range of other emotional issues.

I especially enjoy helping LGBTQ+ individuals and their families. I’m a mother of young children and can offer DBT applications when parenting as well as lived experiences.
