I am grateful to have over 20 years of experience working with clients at all stages of life. My goal is to create a safe and healing space to support you on your mental health journey, helping you navigate current stressors. I assist individuals, families, and couples in creating new opportunities, finding practical solutions, and improving communication in their everyday lives. Primarily focusing on relational dynamics, I guide clients toward establishing positive outcomes. My holistic approach aims to provide proactive and integrative strategies that support your overall mental well-being, both in and out of session.
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, utilizing both measurement-based and evidence-based interventions. I am nationally certified in Trauma-Focused Child-Parent Psychotherapy (CPP) and Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT). I specialize in behavioral interventions for children ages 2.5 to 7, as well as an older child focus for 8-11 yr olds.
I have been dedicated to working with individuals, children, and families since 2001. My goal is to support clients, their families, and communities in fostering mental well-being by identifying and practicing growth opportunities. I encourage clients to reach their full potential, uplifting them to build resilience, no matter what stage of life they are in.
