Therapy is truly my calling. I like to start where the client is at. There is not a “one size fits all” approach for therapy and I feel I must adjust and work with what works best for the client. I like for clients to be open with me about their goals and view this as a collaborative approach.
I offer individual counseling, primarily using a cognitive behavioral approach. I have worked with all ages and different techniques. I feel our approach is a collaborative approach and will be discussed in first session.
