As a therapist, I am passionate about walking alongside folks as they reveal their truths and vulnerabilities to themselves. I use cognitive behavioral, solution-focused, and strength-based techniques, while never ignoring the human element and connection where the real change happens.
I have worked with folks experiencing severe anxiety, depression, and mood instability. People also seek therapy to process a trauma, support in making difficult decisions, and a space to explore and grow as individuals. Whether you are new to therapy or seeking it out again, I want to commend you for your bravery in seeking support at this time.
