I view the counseling experience as a journey. My goal is to walk with a client during this journey. Each person has their individual strengths and challenges. Together we will build on those strengths and face the challenges in order to reach your goals. This journey is centered around the client in a compassionate, nonjudgmental, safe, and empathic environment.
I have had the privilege of working with a diverse group of clients including, young children, adolescents, and adults of various ages and stages of their lives. I welcome males, females, and non-binary individuals. I am LBGTQ+ affirming. I have also worked in an intensive outpatient teen program providing individual and group sessions.
I offer individual, family and couple sessions. I use an eclectic approach to counseling including cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectal behavioral, solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness. My hope is the work that we do together will lead the client to living a joy-filled life.
