Like many couples, you're tired of arguing — or maybe you've stopped trying to have the hard conversation altogether, because it never seems to help. You want to feel like partners again, not opponents. I help couples shift the patterns that keep them stuck. I am a Gottman-trained online couples therapist helping partners reconnect, rebuild trust, and communicate better. I specialize in online couples therapy for partners who feel stuck in communication, trust or emotional disconnection. Our virtual sessions help you rebuild connection from the comfort of your home.
The couples I work with come in knowing something has to change — and together, we figure out what that looks like. I specialize in couples, parenting, life transitions, infidelity, and communication. I provide online couples counseling to clients who want to rebuild trust, improve communication, and manage conflict more effectively.
