I aim to garden healing so that my clients can more vibrantly and intentionally shape change as their truest selves. I'm genderqueer, transmasculine, queer, white/of European ancestry and practice anti-oppressive therapy supporting those who are trans, nonbinary, and/or LGBQ. I'm polyam/ENM-affirming, kink/BDSM-affirming, sex and health-at-every-size affirming.
I'm especially experienced and interested in supporting therapists, other helping professionals, organizers/activists, and/or artists. My specialties include gender-affirming care, supporting individuals dealing with traumatic stress (including cultural trauma), PTSD, personality disorders, bipolar disorder, gender dysphoria, depression, and anxiety.
I practice from an ecology and somatic-informed relational and feminist perspective, integrating skills when desired from DBT, CBT, & ACT. Groups
Transmasc / NB birthing parents support group
Support group for transmasc and/or nonbinary birthing parents who are at any point on the journey - trying to conceive, navigating pregnancy, caring for a baby(ies) or children. The group will be hybrid -- participants can attend virtually or in-person at our office in Baltimore (I am PsyPact licensed so folks can join from any state that participates in PsyPact).
