I help couples, men, families, and teens who are ready for more than surface-level change. Together, we’ll identify the patterns keeping you stuck, strengthen communication, process painful experiences, and rebuild trust, connection, and confidence. My goal isn’t simply to solve today’s problem—it’s to help you build healthier relationships and greater resilience for years to come.
I use Gottman Method Level 2, EFT, EMDR, ACT, and family systems therapy to help clients rebuild connection, strengthen communication, process trauma, and move through hard seasons with more courage and direction. I also work with men navigating stress, anger, divorce, identity, leadership pressure, parenting, and relational disconnection.
For clients who need focused work, I offer Couples and EMDR Intensives in Parker, CO. These are designed for people who do not want to spend months circling the same issue and need dedicated time to work through conflict cycles, betrayal, trauma, disconnection, or major decisions.
