Groups
Harm Reduction for Substance Use

*** This group is currently on hold. *** Group support for a spectrum of substance use goals - from no use to managed use. Sobriety is not a requirement for this group. The purpose of this group is for clients to explore what their optimal relationship is with one or more substances, while addressing any co-existing issues (ie. relationships, mental health, sexual, gender/sexual identity, etc.) that may relate to the relationship with substance use. Clients will have the opportunity to explore their use, set unique goals, and receive support/education to help achieve goals for substance use.
