The approaches I lean toward are all trauma focused. The first session we will get to know each other, create goals, and see if I am the right fit for you. Then we will focus on giving you short term relief via coping skills to prepare you for everyday life and the rest of treatment. The rest of treatment consists of giving you permanent relief so you may no longer need medication or counseling.
