As a Licensed Professional counselor with over a decade of experience, my work is centered around empowering clients to rediscover their inner strength, safety, and resilience. I specialize in guiding individuals through the process of unburdening emotional pain, overcoming negative beliefs about themselves, and reconnecting with their authentic, core selves. I approach therapy through a holistic trauma-informed lens, integrating modalities such as Attachment Theory, EMDR, IFS, and Somatic Experiencing. .
I use only evidence-based methods which allow me to tailor each treatment to the unique needs of my clients, helping them heal, grow, and build deeper mind, body, spirit connections. I am a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner and have completed extensive training in EMDR, IFS, polyvagal theory and Pia Mellody’s inner child work.
I believe that at the core of our being is a deep need to belong, be understood and feel truly seen by ourselves and others.
