As a Licensed Professional counselor with over a decade of experience, my work is centered around empowering clients to rediscover their inner strength, safety, and resilience. I use only evidence-based methods which allow me to tailor each treatment to the unique needs of my clients, helping them heal, grow, and build deeper mind, body, spirit connections. I am a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner and have completed extensive training in EMDR, IFS, polyvagal theory and Pia Mellody’s inner child work.
