Whatever has brought you to seek therapy, hello. Therapy is not one size fits all. By building rapport, we will work to build a safe environment, centered around your goals and needs, and rooted in human connection at the core. The mind-body connection is the foundation I work from to navigate individuals seeking support in depression, anxiety, complex trauma, interpersonal relationships, substance use, anger management, life transitions, improving self-esteem, and the feelings in general that seem undefinable.
I currently work with older children, adolescents, and adults. With a background working with families impacted by traumatic events, the Child Welfare System, Youth in Foster Care, Substance Use/Addiction Programs, and young adults with chronic illness, I implement a strengths-based approach to build on clients’ inherent skills and healing powers.
I offer a multicultural lens that can assist in exploring the multifaceted perspectives each client may bring to sessions. As a Social Work Clinician at Centus Counseling, Consulting, and Education, I am currently accepting new clients for virtual only, from anywhere in Colorado.
