We will work together to find what works best for you. I have experience working with grief, substance use disorder, depression, anxiety, borderline personality disorder, and more. I pull from therapies such as Narrative, Dialectical Behavioral (DBT), Strengths-based, Solution Focused, Motivational Interviewing, and Feminist/Queer theory among others to best support you. I offer individual, couple, and family counseling with an emphasis on the LGBTQ+ community.
My approach to therapy is person-centered and trauma-informed, with a foundation in social justice. I believe each person has a story completely unique to themselves that deserves to be heard and understood.
