I specialize in working with moms recognize their evolving identity, stop toxic patterns, acknowledge the impact of their story and re-discover their worth. So many moms feel invisible in their lives. Their wants and needs get lost in the mix of meeting the needs of others around them. So many moms I work with share that they miss who they used to be, are confused by who they are today, and want support in finding clarity and a sense of calm in their new life. I am not a smile and nod therapist. We will get real and start creating change. In person and telehealth available.
I have person centered and strengths-based perspective. I am a trauma focused clinician who believes every person in this world has faced some version of trauma. It is okay to not be okay and I want to be your step toward a happier, lighter, and brighter future. I can promise that while therapy can be challenging, we will also laugh together.
This will always be a space of support, kindness and free of judgement. You are critical in this world; I value your existence and your experiences.
