So many moms feel invisible in their lives. Their wants and needs get lost in the mix of meeting the needs of others around them. So many moms I work with share that they miss who they used to be, are confused by who they are today, and want support in finding clarity and a sense of calm in their new life. I have person centered and strengths-based perspective. I am a trauma focused clinician who believes every person in this world has faced some version of trauma.
