Are you ready for change in your life? Are you willing to work hard and deal with things that you may have been "stuffing" for some time? If yes, then I would be honored to work with you. My ideal client is one that is ready to work hard and explore things they may have been afraid to look at in the past. Helping clients release the bonds of shame, guilt and anger is my passion. I am able to work with many different issues that clients may be dealing with.
I use an eclectic approach to counseling, assessing the needs of each client and tailoring my approach to the individual needs. I am able to work with many different issues, but grieving, divorce recovery, blended families and women's issues are my specialty.
I like to encourage my clients to do work outside of the counseling office so that our sessions can be more productive. I believe that counseling is an interactive process, one in which the client becomes a "private investigator" into their own lives.
