I work with adults and couples experiencing trauma, anxiety, panic attacks, depression, grief, and relationship difficulties. With over 20 years of experience across inpatient and outpatient mental health settings, I provide trauma-informed, evidence-based therapy focused on stability, insight, and growth.
My training includes EMDR and Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFCT), integrated with a person-centered approach tailored to your needs.
