Sex-positive, I cherish relationship as an intimate dance in which mutual partnership depends on curiosity, vulnerability, play and growth. I am an AASECT-Certified Sex Therapist with a whole-bodied/somatic and sex-positive approach to therapy with individuals and couples. Embodiment while relating is an invitation into more authentic and intimate relationship. While talk-therapies prioritize talking (a top-down approach), I sometimes interweave somatic practice: breathing, sensing and moving.

We all struggle sometimes in life. Stress can take a toll on our bodies. Marriage, relationship, and life can overwhelm us. Next steps in life can feel scary.
