I offer heart-centered holistic therapy to support those navigating loss & life/death/rebirth transitions. Through compassionate and grounded guidance, I provide therapy to adults who are seeking depthful, explorative, and nurturing counseling. Together, we will journey and gather long-lasting tools, identify your own inherent wisdom, and discover your higher heart's vision. We may be a good fit if you are seeking support in grief tending, pregnancy and postpartum focused care, or navigation of significant life transitions & transformative change. I also work with complex trauma, anxiety, and sensitive and/or neurodivergent humans.
My approach to care is deeply informed by my background as a midwife & 25 years of grief wisdom. This framework serves me in providing experienced care amidst momentous life & death transitions that reorient (/disorient) us at our core. As an integral and spiritual therapist, I utilize various modalities, intuitively attuning to provide unique care for you.
If you have been feeling isolated in your grief or significant life transitions, you don't have to do it alone.
