My focus is to support individuals navigating trauma, post-traumatic stress (PTSD), depression, stress, social anxiety, and relationship challenges, while also addressing adjustment to disability and chronic health conditions, acculturative stress, identity concerns, and caregiver fatigue. I strive to create a safe, compassionate space where you feel understood and supported as you work through difficult experiences and life transitions, including career changes and evolving roles.
My approach is trauma-informed, collaborative, and tailored to your unique needs. I integrate evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT) to help build insight, strengthen coping skills, and promote lasting change.
