Participants attend one individual session and one virtual group session per week, focused on mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotion regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness. Open to new and existing clients, the DBT program can be requested at intake or through referral from a current therapist.

Anger Management
This group is an 8-week telehealth program designed for adults (18+) who want to better understand and manage their anger. Led by Katelyn Kapelinski and Griffin Rhyne, the group helps participants recognize triggers, understand how anger impacts themselves and others, and practice healthier responses to stress and conflict. Sessions meet Mondays at 7 PM and focus on building self-awareness and emotional control. Participants who attend all 8 sessions earn a certificate of completion. Missed sessions may be made up individually or during the next cycle. Open to new and existing clients; insurance and cash pay accepted.
