Though I am known for bringing creativity into counseling and creating therapeutic alliances tailor-made to client need, I specialize in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), CBT, Trauma-Focused Care, Play/Art Expression Therapy, as well as therapies focused on anxiety, depression, pain disorders, child and adolescent management, and parenting skills.
