Being a kid or teen can be really hard, and sometimes it’s just as hard to be the parent trying to figure out how to help. Maybe your child is anxious, overwhelmed by big emotions, struggling with confidence or friendships, or having a hard time focusing and staying organized. I work with kids and teens navigating anxiety, OCD, depression, ADHD, trauma, family changes, and the many ups and downs that come with growing up.

I use play therapy, somatic interventions, and attachment-based approaches to help kids express themselves in ways that feel natural. My experience with children in dual-diagnosis settings has taught me to look beyond behavior and get curious about what kids are communicating. Together, we build confidence and tools to better handle the hard stuff.

You know your child best, and I believe parents and caregivers are an important part of therapy. My goal is to work alongside you while giving your child a space that feels like their own.
