When children or teens go through something scary, overwhelming, or ongoing, it can take a toll on both their body and mind. Sometimes they don’t know how to express what they’re feeling, and parents are left wondering how to help without making things worse.
The truth is—you don’t have to go through this alone, and healing is possible.
My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where your child feels cared for and understood. Together, we’ll gently work through the tough experiences, while helping your child rebuild a sense of safety and confidence. Along the way, you’ll also gain tools and insights to better support your child and strengthen your family’s connection.
I work with children and families facing all kinds of challenges—such as domestic violence, loss, medical experiences, foster care, accidents, or abuse. I also specialize in supporting developmental delays, behavioral struggles, and parent-child relationship concerns.
