Behaviors and emotions are at an all-time high at home because kids are feeling stressed, anxious, disappointed, and depressed. As parents we want to validate our children’s feelings and emotions but sometimes that is hard. We want to help give our children the skills to deal with times of disappointment, heartbreak and anxiety and do not know where to start.
Kids want to know their emotional responses are valid and heard. They want a place to be real and work on understanding feelings and reactions that are not in their control and have the skills to process them. I can help your child to learn these skills. Equipping them with tools to process and cope with anxiety, disappointment, and depression.
My hope is to help you and your child conquer difficulties together and help create healthy skills for all areas of life.
