As a Black woman and mother, I offer culturally sensitive care that supports emotional safety, boundary setting, and lasting healing. I specialize in helping clients heal childhood trauma, past or ongoing, by understanding how early experiences shape emotions and relationships. With over 11 years of experience, I combine trauma focused, attachment, and narrative therapy with clear education and practical tools.
