My name is Dr. Korlany Chhun Roche, and I am a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT) based in Sacramento, California, providing telehealth services to clients statewide. I work with adolescents, young adults, couples, and families, and specialize in anxiety, stress, depression, and trauma. I have found that my style and approach are a good fit for adolescents, young adults, and couples who may be dealing with the challenges of life transitions and relational problems.
I also enjoy working with younger children and their families who may be struggling with behavioral and/or school problems, and parenting challenges. I typically work with clients who present with symptoms of stress, anxiety, depression, and even trauma.
My goal is to help clients navigate life transition periods, understand their situations better, and build skills that will allow them to better deal with their problems.
