Hi! My name is Korina, and welcome to Mind Trek Counseling! I'm glad you're here! Whether you are neurodivergent (such as ADHD or autism), part of the LGBTQ+ community, dealing with executive function issues, anxiety, trauma, loneliness, difficulty with work, school, family, or relationships, I invite you to be a part of this work with me. I work with people of all ages, backgrounds, and relationship types. If you are navigating relationship conflicts, intimacy issues, disconnection, or trying to set healthy boundaries and create space for healing and safety in their life, I am excited to help you to become your authentic self.
Therapy with me is about coming to a safe space to learn what a secure attachment can look like, to empower you to build self-confidence safe relationships. I can help you identify sources of disconnection, communicate, set boundaries, and grow closer in your relationships, and to learn about your sexuality, your gender identity, and discover yourself
