I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist dedicated to helping individuals, couples, and families across South Dakota find real, lasting change. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, trauma, depression, or relationship issues, I offer a safe and supportive space where healing can begin—without judgment and without pressure. I understand the unique pressures of living and working in small town communities. Confidentiality and trust are at the heart of my practice.
My approach is warm, down-to-earth, and backed by evidence-based methods. I’m trained in EMDR (certification in progress) for trauma, ERP for OCD and anxiety disorders, and EFT for individuals, couples, and families. Clients often tell me they feel seen and understood for the first time; or that they have been set free from these oppressive disorders.
