I work with adults and couples navigating relationship challenges, anxiety, trauma, low self-esteem, and life transitions. My approach is relational, trauma-informed, and collaborative, tailoring therapy to your unique experiences while helping you create meaningful, lasting change.

I integrate experiential approaches, including EMDR, to help process painful experiences and reduce the impact they continue to have in the present. In couples work, I draw from Relational Life Therapy (RLT), an active and direct approach that helps partners break unhealthy patterns, strengthen communication, and reconnect.
