My goal is to provide you a safe space to guide you into a state of awareness, re-gain self-trust, promote positive thinking, and willing actions. Since I was younger I have always had a passion in helping people especially in my community. I grew up in a culture and society that believed mental health issues was thought of as "weak", "It's all in your head.", or "you need to just need to get over it". I aim to continue to fight against mental health stigma and promote mental health awareness and support. This encourages me to continue to do what I love and help others that need guidance or support in the process.
My specialties and training: Trauma-Informed Care, Advance training in Anxiety Disorders, Life Transitions, Work/Life Struggles, Divorced parents and blended families, Attachment, Personality Disorders, Self-esteem, and Relationship Conflict .
Mental health concerns can feel scary, but you don't have to do it alone. Life can be messy, challenging and painful, and even the strongest of us need help from time to time. Vulnerability takes strength and courage. Asking for help can feel uncomfortable leaving us to feel vulnerable. Give yourself permission to feel vulnerable and be courageous.
