Anxiety, relationship difficulties, sexual concerns, past traumas, self-doubt and unhelpful communication patterns can leave us feeling stuck. My work is centered around helping people build the skills and the confidence they need to develop meaningful relationships and reach their potential. Couples and individuals who enjoy working with me are looking to find more empowerment through therapy.

As an LMFT, I have specific training in relational therapy and enjoy working with couples and individuals. I am also a Certified Sex Therapist trained to work with a wide variety of sexual concerns and relationship structures. I specialize in EMDR therapy for trauma and have advanced training in working with people to heal from the effects of sexual violence
