Anxiety, sexual concerns, past traumas, self-doubt and unhelpful communication patterns can leave us feeling stuck. I work with couples and individuals to heal from past wounds and move forward with the skills to embrace the present moment. I enjoy working with people as they build the confidence to be more centered and present in their intimate relationships and more comfortable in their relationship with themselves.

As an LMFT, I have specific training in relational therapy and enjoy working with couples and individuals. I am also a Certified Sex Therapist trained to work with a wide variety of sexual concerns and relationship structures. I specialize in EMDR therapy for trauma and have advanced training in working with people to heal from the effects of sexual violence
