I work with young people experiencing anxiety, trauma, emotional and behavioral challenges, ADHD, life transitions, family changes, and self-esteem concerns. Together, we create a safe, supportive space where they can express themselves, build confidence, develop healthy coping skills, and make meaningful progress while keeping parents involved along the way.
I specialize in expressive therapy for children and teens, incorporating art, play, storytelling, games, and other creative interventions alongside evidence-based practices. Therapy is individualized to each child’s strengths, developmental level, and goals, helping them improve emotional regulation, communication, problem-solving, and resiliency.
