I am a psychologist and received Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from Boston University. I have a special interest in working with adults with marginalized identities including race, ethnicity, abilities/disabilities, gender, sexuality, religion, and socioeconomic status. My therapeutic approach includes cognitive behavioral, humanistic, and feminist theories as well as social justice approach. I would be happy to speak Korean in sessions with clients who prefers to speak the language.

Each of us has unique strengths and skills, developed through their personal experiences and stories, but we sometimes underestimate ourselves. When we encounter obstacles or feel overwhelmed, our own abilities can seem out of reach and we begin to practice negative thoughts towards ourselves and others. I am here to help you navigate those stressors and burdens, while supporting you towards gaining a deeper understanding of your own identity. Dr. Jennifer Lee is a Psychologist in New Hampshire who has been practicing since 2023. Dr. Lee earned her doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Yeshiva University in NYC. She completed her post-doctoral fellowship in Adult Neuropsychology at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center. Dr. Lee has specialized training in the cognitive evaluation of adults with medical conditions such as dementias, movement disorders (including pre- and post- DBS), epilepsy (including pre- and post-surgical), stroke, multiple sclerosis, cancer, head injuries as well as ADHD and other psychiatric conditions.

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor working with individuals, couples, and families to help them identify and reach their desired goals. I mainly practice with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

As a licensed mental health counselor and a registered art therapist, I am passionate about utilizing art as a tool in treatment to nurture and validate the emotional experience of my clients. I have found art therapy to be especially effective when working through trauma. I have a heart for children and have extensive experience working with children and teens across the developmental spectrum through a wide array of therapeutic modalities, including art and play therapy.
