These moments can be circumstantial, or perhaps, you just can't seem to stop yourself from revisiting old challenges. We will identify that very pattern you get stuck and get to the core of the issues so you can start to heal and reach your optimal emotional well being.
I am trained in EFT (Emotionally Focused Therapy) to help couples to reconnect; trained in perinatal mental health to help women in their life transitions; hold a certificate in Prepare/Enrich to help premarital couples to strengthen their relationship skills; and completed Gottman Level One training to help couples to communicate more effectively.
My treatment is uniquely customized to meet your needs to be healthier and be more confident in dealing with life's stressors. I am also a culturally competent therapist with extensive experience dealing with immigrant family issues. I speak fluent Korean.
