Whether I see an individual or an entire family, I use a relational, solution-focused and collaborative approach that respects and validates client strengths to find solutions. Being a Korean-American with first hand experience living in different countries, I bring a culturally-sensitive and non-judgmental approach to help clients increase insight, identify patterns that no longer are useful and develop a path forward that will bring more fulfillment.
