I see myself as a consultant who partners with clients to help them identify and compassionately shift unhelpful patterns that keep them stuck both personally and in their relationships. I specialize in working with teens, adults, and couples. Most importantly, I really LOVE doing this work and I'm deeply dedicated to my clients’ success.

I specialize in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). I am also a yoga teacher (E-RYT 200) and bring mindfulness and somatic awareness into my work. I have extensive training in these modalities and did my doctoral research on EFT.
