In my therapeutic practice, I prioritize building strong and compassionate relationships with each of my clients. I work with teens, adults, and couples across their lifespan on topics of present distress to prolonged hardship. My clinical experience includes working with individuals on issues and experiences surrounding depression, grief and loss, sexuality and gender, family and intimate relationships, religious trauma, and anxiety. I have completed advanced training in Emotionally Focused Therapy for Couples.
My specialized training in Emotion Focused Therapy for couples, allows me to help partners re-establish trust and intimacy, and strengthen their emotional bonds. As a relational counselor, I support adult couples and individuals with emotional and physical intimacy, communication, anxiety, and loss.
