Taking this step to get help takes a lot of courage, and I am committed to being here for your journey and keeping our space safe as we figure things out together. I provide individual therapy for clients ages 13 and up. I often work with individuals who have suppressed emotions for most of their lives and feel ready for change. I believe that you are your own best expert and that I can aid you in improving your confidence and skills to get through hard times.
I utilize ACT to help clients identify how their values align with their behaviors. I frequently use TF-CBT to help process trauma as well. I use best practices to provide researched skills and techniques in therapy and continue to gain education to help with growth.
