AcuWellness/Acudetox
AcuWellness (also called AcuDetox) uses the 5 Needle Protocol (5NP) which includes 5 different acupressure points on the ear. This is a non-verbal approach to healing. Benefits include relief of stress, anxiety, depression, emotional balance, and trauma symptoms. Offered most Monday nights from 5:30 PM-6:30 PM. Treatment takes 30-45 minutes and is done in a group setting. You may arrive any time between 5:30 PM and 6:00 PM. Please allow yourself time for the full treatment. All treatments will be completed by 6:30 PM.

Trauma Sensitive Yoga
This is an 8-week group, meeting on Monday evenings, for all levels, all bodies, and no yoga experience required. Anyone wanting to get some body movement and to practice mindfulness is welcome. This would be great for anyone that has experienced physical, sexual, or emotional trauma and are ready to connect with their bodies in a very mindful and secure way. You'll have the opportunity to practice consent, boundaries, and body vulnerability in a group setting. It is $30 per session for the 8 weeks ($240 total). We accept most insurance plans.
