Hi there, I’m a late-diagnosed AuDHD trauma therapist, passionate about creating spaces for authentic healing. I offer culturally responsive, neurodivergent-affirming care for adults navigating trauma, racial identity stress, codependency, and self-esteem challenges. My work centers adults with intersecting identities who are ready to break old patterns, reconnect with their values, and move through life with clarity and intention. In our work together, I’ll support you in slowing down and tuning inward. We may sit with hard questions, gently untangle patterns, and notice what emerges beneath the surface.
