Passionate Bronx therapist committed to helping individuals navigate life, stress, transitions, anxiety, depression, trauma, emotion dysregulation, and family conflict. Fighting internal and external battles on a daily basis is extremely difficult, but you are not alone! I believe in real-life therapy with a helping hand and listening ear to improve mental/emotional well-being. I create a safe environment for my clients to feel comfortable to disclose their triggers, trauma, and personal life experiences. I provide my clients support and guidance through rapport building, empowerment, goal setting, resilience, and collaboration.
I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance commitment therapy (ACT), supportive therapy, problem-solving, solution-focused, motivational interviewing (MI), trauma-informed, and strengths-based treatment modalities with my clients. I develop individualized treatment plans for clients based on their diagnosis and needs.
Taking the first step towards therapy is a big milestone. It is my honor and pleasure to serve you and start your healing journey together! Feel free to reach out for a free consultation to see if we are a great fit. Thank you so much for your time and consideration. It is greatly appreciated!
