Sometimes, life is going well. The sun is shining, the birds are singing, and all the pieces seem to be in place. As a therapist for over seven years, I have helped people with depression, anxiety, stress management, substance use, goal setting and communication. Part of my therapeutic process involves looking at what is going right to help address either what is going wrong or what you wish to change.
Therapy and coaching are collaborative efforts and I will do my best to help you get where you would like to go. My hope too, is that you will gain a greater appreciation for yourself and your life as it continues to unfold.
