As a therapist, I am passionate about working with adults and adolescents struggling with the inherent messiness and complexities of life. I received my master’s degree in social work from Boise State University and hold a master’s degree in business administration from Missouri Baptist University. I have experience in and enjoy working with adults and adolescents struggling with anxiety, depression and PTSD. The primary treatment modalities I utilize are EMDR, Brainspotting, CBT and DBT.
