My clients struggle just like we all struggle. Some of the more unique challenges my clients face are a result of major, life-changing events or transitions. But sometimes events are just the catalyst that leads individuals to seek another perspective. Anxiety and depression are very real concerns for most people, but when they keep us from moving forward, it can be very helpful to seek another perspective from someone outside of family or friends.
Are you finding that friends and family aren't always helpful as you share your struggles? Are you ready to embrace a different perspective as you strive to take steps forward? I work with my clients to identify strategies that are meaningful to them and customize proven tools and techniques to fit the needs they have identified.
I live my life from a Christian worldview. I am happy to integrate this perspective in therapy for clients who wish to do so. I also understand that life is hard, feelings are real, and having a non-judgmental space in which to process life's challenges can be powerful and helpful. If this sounds like a good fit for you, feel free to reach out.
