I am an antiracist, tattooed, fat‐positive therapist who specializes in working with LGBTQIA+ couples/non-traditional relationship structures, teens, and adults who have experienced any level of trauma. I work with individuals wrestling with family conflict, complex trauma, or the maze of overthinking and overintellectualizing—because I know that cookie‐cutter therapy isn’t for everyone. I aim to help you untangle the layers of your past and find a path toward a more empowered, authentic future. You can expect me to be casual in style and language, offering you a safe space to explore and process at your own pace.
Although I specialize in working with the LGBTQIA+ community everyone has a home in my office, regardless of your past and identity. I also enjoy working with nontraditional relationship structures, people who feel therapy doesn't work for them, and grief. My style is warm and genuine, with just enough humor to remind us that healing can be real and human.
Whatever brought you here, I’m on your side. In our sessions, there’s no “right" way to feel—you can laugh, cry, vent, and cuss if that’s what you need!
