I am an antiracist, tattooed, fat‐positive therapist who specializes in working with LGBTQIA+ partnered systems and/or individuals who have experienced trauma. I work with individuals in Oklahoma wrestling with people-pleasing, complex trauma, identity exploration, and overintellectualizing—because I know that cookie‐cutter therapy isn’t for everyone. I aim to help you untangle the layers of your past and find a path toward a more empowered, authentic future. You can expect me to be casual in style and language, offering you a safe space to explore and process at your own pace.
Although I specialize in working with the LGBTQIA+ community everyone has a home in my office, regardless of your past and identity. I also enjoy working with partnered systems (couples, CNM, etc.) and people who feel therapy just doesn't work for them. My style is warm and genuine, with just enough humor to remind us that healing can be real and human.
