My approach focuses on identifying internalized core beliefs that lead to shame or fear. Once identified, we will utilize a mix of CBT, DBT and other dynamic approaches (inner-child work, reparenting, etc.), to challenge these thoughts and move towards building a more conscious way of responding to yourself, others and the world around you.
