I am also attuned to Jewish community topics like assimilation, family dynamics, faith, Israel/Palestine, antisemitism + more.

In our first session, I'll gather info about your life experience, coping strategies, and therapy goals. After that, you get to set the agenda in sessions. I see my role as a collaborator, and will help you challenge repeated behaviors, inconsistencies in thought vs. action, etc - but always with humanity, humor, and patience.
