Do you find yourself socially or politically misunderstood by those around you, or repeating the same, unsatisfying patterns in work, friendship, and relationships? Together we can explore all this in a collaborative, non-judgemental, and curious way. All feelings and beliefs are welcome, no matter how confusing or contradictory they may seem at first. I believe that the best therapy is affirming yet challenging, and built on trust, joy, and humor.
I specialize in gender & sexuality, intimacy/attachment issues, trauma, grief, chronic illness/disability, polyamory/ENM, kink, masculinity, religion, intergenerational trauma, and marginalization. I am especially attuned to Jewish topics such as assimilation, antisemitism, and more.
Starting therapy is hard, and I’m honored you would choose to reach out to me. I hope that by working together, you can heal old wounds and live authentically.
