I am a licensed psychotherapist offering support to couples, adults, and teens (13+). I specialize in couples issues, anxiety, men’s mental health, OCD, spirituality, life transitions, perinatal/parenting challenges, and trauma. I believe every client enters therapy with innate wisdom and strengths. And I work with clients to identify these strengths, learn new skills, and gain insights to build resiliency and healing in ways that are unique to each individual. I work with clients to identify internal and external barriers, and collaboratively aid them in unlocking their inner creativity and energy for growth.
In my work with clients, I draw upon somatic, trauma-informed, emotion-focused, nature-based, Gottman, Attachment theory, Adlerian, person-centered, and neuroscience models. I am LGBTQIA+ affirming. I hope to provide a warm and nonjudgmental space and to walk alongside you as you explore your strengths, needs, patterns, relationships, goals, and resiliency.
I strive to work from a position of deep acceptance and I view the therapeutic process as creative, collaborative, client-driven, and culturally-sensitive. I support clients seeking unconventional and creative approaches to healing. I encourage clients to bring outdoor/nature-based, art, music, spiritual, and expressive needs into the therapy space.
