I have specialty training in family therapy, helping families dealing with challenging behaviors and communication. I am trauma focused, cognitive behavioral therapy trained. I am also EMDR trained. I have facilitated group therapy for parenting and will be doing more groups on other issues. I am solution focused and offer unconditional, positive regard for all. This is an LGBTQ+ safe space.
