I work well with depression, anxiety, ADHD, Bipolar disorder, trauma/PTSD, and I enjoy helping clients build confidence and find positive, helpful perspectives.
I primarily use cognitive behavioral therapy, but my style is eclectic, drawing from various modalities. I excel at cognitive restructuring, helping clients shift anxious or depressive thoughts into positive and realistic alternatives that don’t hinder life. I love helping clients identify strengths and brainstorm how to use those strengths in their life.
